MAKE 2020 THE YEAR OF RELATIONSHIP BREAKTHROUGHS...

NOT BREAKDOWNS (OR BREAK-UPS!)

As a psychologist and mindfulness meditation teacher, I've helped hundreds of people break out of unhealthy relationship patterns, gain the confidence to ask for what they need and have the courage to walk away from unhealthy partnerships.

Did you know that the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships?

If you've ever experienced

> tension with your partner

> resentment towards a family member

> a colleague who drives you up the wall

> or just a miscommunication with a friend...

you know that relationship challenges can consume your thoughts, deplete your energy and rob you of joy.

Get ready to discover:

The traps that so many people fall into, which will ruin your relationships.

How your early experiences create the blueprint for your future relationships (and how to change them)

How to tell the difference between intuition and fear (i.e., when should you trust your gut?)

Why conflict has nothing to do with whether a relationship will last the distance.

How to make time for friendships even when life is busy (and why it's so important!)

YOUR WORKSHOP HOST:

Hey, I'm Cass!

I’m a clinical and coaching psychologist, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy teacher with years of experience helping women through challenging times in their lives.

I also host the top-rating Crappy to Happy podcast, which has been downloaded millions of times, and I’ve authored two books on the psychology of happiness.

But most importantly, I know what it’s like to be that woman. The one who keeps doing the same thing expecting to get a different result.

That was me until I discovered the tools I needed to get real with myself and truly understand what matters most in life (and how I was stopping myself from having it).

Ultimately what I want for you is what I’ve found for myself – the knowledge and skills to free yourself from those old patterns so that you can live a life that is more authentic, aligned with your values and shared with supportive people who appreciate you for who you are.

Being aware of the physical and emotional responses I have to particular situations without judgement has made it so much easier to just accept myself for who I am - and that is so freeing it’s amazing!
