4-nights accommodation in one of the beautiful Tallow Beach Houses of stunning Byron Bay

The Tallow Beach Houses are 2 or 3-bedroom beachfront cottages surrounded by bushland.

Self-contained and secluded, each cottage has its own private kitchen/dining/living space and a large undercover deck.

Some cottages overlook the lake and the beach is just 60 metres away, so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep to the hypnotic sound of the ocean.

Delicious, professional catering

All your meals from Wednesday night’s dinner until Sunday’s breakfast are professionally catered, and everything is tailored to your dietary needs. You'll absolutely love the delicious food on offer and what's more, you'll do none of the cooking or cleaning up!

Self-reflection time

In addition to our guided meditation sessions together, you’ll have plenty of time to explore your surroundings, walk on the beach, write in your journal – whatever supports your own self-care and nourishment. Beach houses are fully self-contained so outside of session times, you can make yourself a cup of tea and relax in your lounge room or on your deck.

Optional recreational activities will include yoga, pilates, meditation. Massages can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Hi, I’m Cass!

I’m a clinical and coaching psychologist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and a parent educator.

I also have a top-rating podcast, Crappy to Happy, which has been downloaded millions of times, and I’ve published two books on the psychology of happiness.

But most importantly, I know what it’s like to be that woman. The one who is juggling ALL THE THINGS and trying to be everything to everyone.

That was me until I discovered the tools I needed to get centred, be present, and truly understand what it is that I wanted out of life.
