These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers who purchase the program currently titled, "Beyond Confident 2.0"
This contract is between Cass Dunn Coaching Psychologist (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer (“you”).
By purchasing and accessing the course, you agree to these Terms.
All course materials including videos, audios, worksheets, templates, and any other content are owned by Cass Dunn Coaching Psychologist and are protected by copyright.
When you purchase the course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You must not:
Share, sell, copy, reproduce, or republish any materials
Share your login details or give others access
Use the materials to create or sell your own products, courses, or coaching programs
Access is granted on the program start date once payment is made or a payment plan is agreed.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full course fee in instalments. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled to avoid paying the full fee.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or revoke access, but you remain responsible for paying the full balance.
Because this is digital content, by accessing or streaming the course you agree that your statutory 14-day cancellation right may be waived under UK consumer law.
However, we offer the following goodwill policy:
You may cancel within 14 days of your program's start date.
If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a refund minus £50 (or equivalent AUD $100) for admin and payment processing fees.
If you access any private coaching, an additional £165 (or equivalent AUD $330) per individual coaching session will be deducted from your refund.
After 14 days, no refunds will be given
You agree to:
Keep your login details secure
Use the course respectfully and not disrupt the platform or community
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.
You must be 18 or over, or have parental/guardian consent.
This course is for educational and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute psychological therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
You acknowledge that participating in the course does not create a psychologist-client or therapeutic relationship between you and Cass Dunn Coaching Psychologist. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, you should seek support from a qualified mental health professional or appropriate healthcare provider.
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including income, business success, personal growth, or career changes. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort and circumstances.
We are not responsible for technical issues outside our control, including internet outages, GoHighLevel platform downtime, or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the course is limited to the amount you paid for the course.
You acknowledge that personal development work can sometimes bring up strong emotions or insights. You are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after the course and for seeking appropriate professional support if needed.
We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We store your personal data (such as name and email) in GoHighLevel (GHL) to deliver the course and communicate with you.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their privacy policies apply to your billing information.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the course at any time without liability.
If the course includes a community, you agree to behave respectfully. We may remove posts or members at our discretion to maintain a safe environment.
You may not transfer or assign your access or rights to anyone else.
