As a psychologist and a coach, I believe we all have the power to transform our experience of life by learning to manage our thoughts and feelings. I HAVE changed my life using the same tools I was teaching to my clients.

Every coach or mentor giving advice on this topic says you need to work on your mindset, change your limiting beliefs or 'fake it til you make it!'
But no matter how much of this 'mindset' work I did, I stayed STUCK in self-doubt, over-thinking, over-working or else paralysed by procrastination.
I realised that it's not just your thoughts and feelings that are impacted by your childhood experiences but your entire nervous system that's programmed to send messages from your body to your brain, it became very clear to me that no amount of trying to change your thinking is ever going to solve this problem.
