Oh this is my FAVOURITE meditation and it usually very quickly becomes a favourite for my students too.
The Loving Kindness Meditation is simple but powerful.
It's not just a feel good meditation (thought it will absolutely make you feel good!) it has some astonishing, proven benefits to your physical health. I mean, this one literally changes you at a cellular level.
